My name is Cortez Wallace, and I’m from the Windy City — Chicago, Illinois.
My love for training started back in middle school, but it truly came alive in college. During my final year, I made the decision to switch positions from cornerback to slot wide receiver. I knew that if I wanted to compete, I couldn’t rely on athleticism alone — I had to rebuild my foundation.

So I committed myself to an entire summer focused on speed, agility, balance, and footwork.
No shortcuts. No show. Just disciplined, intentional work.

When I came back, everything was different.
My movement was sharper, my confidence was stronger, and my performance separated me from everyone else on the field.

That experience is where the Four Pillars were born.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach:

• Overseas basketball athletes

• College athletes while I was playing in college

• 7th & 8th grade boys track & field, including a 4x100m relay team that won a city championship

• Warm-up and movement prep for the Athletic Konnection Summer Training Camp in Illinois

As an athlete myself, I competed in:

• Football (High School + College | Cornerback → Slot WR)

• Baseball

• Wrestling

• Track & Field

These experiences taught me that becoming a great athlete isn’t just about natural ability — it’s about movement quality, discipline, and identity.

I coach every session personally.
I study how my athletes move, correct mechanics with intention, and reinforce confidence through repetition. I don’t train for highlights — I train for foundation, because foundation is what separates good athletes from great ones.
